

Our 6-week Wellbeing Course was created to empower women with practical tools to strengthen their mental, emotional, and physical health. Designed around a holistic approach, the course blended mindfulness, journaling, gentle exercise, arts & crafts and open discussion to support overall wellbeing.
Throughout the programme, participants explored yoga, breathing techniques, body scanning, and reflective journaling — learning simple but powerful practices to calm the mind, manage anxiety and build greater self-awareness. More than just a course, it became a safe and supportive space where women could share openly, process emotions, and embrace personal growth at their own pace.
Many ladies shared how impactful the experience was. They valued the balance of practical techniques and emotional reflection, particularly journaling, which helped them release thoughts and gain clarity. The breathing exercises and body scan techniques became tools they now use in everyday life — especially during anxious moments or when struggling to sleep.
A key strength of the course was the warm, confidential environment. Participants felt heard, respected, and free from pressure. Maria’s thoughtful, patient approach as both a listener and teacher ensured everyone felt comfortable and understood.
Most importantly, many women expressed that the course has helped them prioritise self-care not as a luxury but as a necessity.
